Job Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain low voltage systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Video Management Systems (VMS) and Physical Access Control Systems (PACS).
  • Set up and manage network configurations, including IP subnetting and device connectivity.
  • Perform Windows system configurations and basic troubleshooting.
  • Work with IT and networking teams to ensure seamless integration of security systems.
  • Conduct site surveys, run cables, terminate connections, and mount security equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Document installation procedures and service reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic IT and networking knowledge (IP subnetting, network troubleshooting, and basic Windows configuration).
  • Experience with Video Management Systems (e.g., ExacqVision, Milestone, FLIR, Genetec,  etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Physical Access Control Systems (e.g., Brivo, Genetec, Lenel, HID, AMAG, etc.).
  • Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting CCTV, security cameras, and access control systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment, work on ladders, and operate hand tools.s.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Associate’s Degree (required)
  • Experience:
  • Must have Electronics Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in low voltage systems (required)
  • 3+ years of experience with computer systems (preferred)
  • Language: English (required)
  • Location: Must be able to commute or relocate to Queens, NY (required)

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, rotating 8-hour shifts
